Claudine Introduces New Sunday Brunch Menu

You can now count Claudine, the popular French restaurant by Chef-Patron Julien Royer, as a weekend brunch destination with the recent introduction of a brunch-friendly menu that's available on Sundays from 11:30am to 6pm (last seating at 3:30pm). Start off with brunch classics — done the Claudine way — with options like the Sourdough & Saint Nectarine Crispy Sandwich, panko encrusted Crispy Egg, and the Octoroll, comprised of slow cooked octopus, spiced chistorra sausage, and piquillo peppers in a toasted milk bun. Seafood is also aplenty here, with the cured Petuna Ocean Trout, Scallop 'Crudo', and the 2-tiered Le Grand Plateau De Fruits De Mer.

Menu highlights include the Braised Seafood Broth with Crabmeat and Scallops, Steamed Cod Fish with Black Fungus and Cordyceps Flower, and the flavorful and highly addictive Deep-Fried Salt and Chilli Pork Rib. The meal ends on a sweet, delicate note with the Chilled Honey Chrysanthemum and Snow Fungus with Homemade 8 Treasures Tea Pudding.
