The MICHELIN Guide Singapore unveiled its 2026 selection, marking a milestone 10th edition with eight restaurants earning new or upgraded MICHELIN Stars across the city. This year's guide features 307 establishments in total, including three Three MICHELIN Star restaurants, nine Two MICHELIN Star restaurants, 33 One MICHELIN Star restaurants, 97 Bib Gourmand establishments, and 165 MICHELIN Selected venues.
At the very top of the rankings, Les Amis, Odette, and Zén all retained their coveted Three MICHELIN Stars, reaffirming their place among Singapore's finest dining destinations.
The biggest headline of the night was 1887 by André, which made an extraordinary debut with Two MICHELIN Stars less than a year after opening. Joining it in the two-star category is Seroja, which was promoted from One MICHELIN Star after just three years, recognising chef-owner Kevin Wong's contemporary interpretation of the flavours of the Malay Archipelago.
