Crafting Luxury at Boulevard 88
At Boulevard 88, a luxury residential development in Singapore, Marquis HnC was tasked with outfitting the common areas to reflect refined urban living. In collaboration with Axis Architects and Granmil Holdings, the team delivered bespoke furnishings for the lift lobby lounge area, sky club, sky lounge and outdoor area.
Using signature Minotti pieces, each space was tailored to balance quiet luxury with daily functionality. The project showcases Marquis HnC’s strength in creating environments that are both beautiful and built to last.

Maritime Elegance at Costamare Bulkers
Marquis HnC transformed Costamare’s MBFC office into a maritime-inspired modern workspace with acoustic optimisation:
• Ship-model pedestal
• Wave-wood panels
• Boat-shaped reception
• Semi-open dividers
• Ergonomic workstations
Through the use of sustainable materials and meticulous detailing, the project successfully met MBFC’s strict green-certified requirements.
