Michelin Guide-recommended modern Spanish tapas bar Esquina marks its 15th anniversary with the return of favourite tapas specials, available from now until December 2026. Helmed by Barcelona-born Chef Carlos Montobbio, the restaurant is revisiting signature dishes from across its history, with selections refreshed monthly. Guests who order six anniversary tapas receive a complimentary carafe of Spanish house wine.
Highlights include the Oyster 2013 with Vietnamese dressing, Tortilla 2015 with creamy garlic aioli, Beetroot 2017 with smoked walnuts and horseradish ice cream, Sea Urchin 2014 with spanner crab and lobster bisque, and Ibérico Pork Jowl 2016 with smoky chipotle mayo and pickled pear.

Marguerite – An Australian Odyssey
Chef-Patron Michael Wilson's latest menu at Michelin-starred Marguerite draws inspiration from his Australian heritage, showcasing native botanicals and exceptional produce through refined contemporary cooking.
The experience begins with Wild Red Kangaroo Consommé served pho-style before moving through dishes such as Southern Bluefin Tuna Belly Tartlet, Spencer Gulf Kingfish Crudo, White Asparagus Custard with king crab, Pilbara Trap Coral Trout, and premium 2GR Full Blood Wagyu 9+ Sirloin. Desserts continue the Australian theme with Speckled Pink Rhubarb, Strawberry Gum Sundae, and Kaya Toast Macaron, alongside petit fours infused with native botanicals.
Available as a four-course or seven-course menu, with optional wine or temperance pairings.

Four Seasons Singapore – The Italian Job Afternoon Tea
One-Ninety Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore brings the flavours of an Italian summer to its limited-time Italian Job Afternoon Tea, available every Friday and Saturday until 5 September 2026.
Created by Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini together with Executive Chef Patrick Benedetti and Chef de Cuisine Valerio Pierantonelli, the menu pairs elegant savoury bites with desserts inspired by Italian classics. Look out for the Pistachio-Orange Raviolo, reimagined Tiramisu, decadent Nocciola chocolate cake, and Limone featuring Amalfi lemon, vanilla granita, and ricotta. Four specially crafted cocktails complete the experience.

BAR KAP – History Through Cocktails
Set within the historic House of Tan Yeok Nee, BAR KAP is a new heritage cocktail bar where every drink reflects a chapter of the building's 140-year history.
Developed with Studio Ryecroft, the cocktail programme is organised into four eras, from founder Tan Yeok Nee's trading legacy to the building's present day. Signature drinks include Pepper Peddler, inspired by the spice trade, and Dynamo, part of Singapore's revived clay-ageing cocktail programme that matures spirits in traditional purple clay vessels. The menu concludes with Black Lacquer, a tribute to preservation and reinvention.

Following recognition at the Star Wine List of the Year Southeast Asia 2026, temper. Wine Room & Lounge has introduced a refreshed wine programme alongside a new food menu by Executive Chef Nicolas Tam and Head Chef Ronald Sim.
Highlights include the Signature Pāua Pasta with New Zealand blackfoot abalone, Crab & Caviar Royale, Chargrilled Octopus, Lamb Shank Shepherd's Pie, and USDA Prime Bone-in Short Rib, while premium cuts such as the Hanwoo Striploin headline the grill selection. Finish with desserts including Mushroom Ice Cream or the signature Skillet Orange Cake served with pistachio ice cream.
