Easter Sunday Big Brunch – Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore

Frasers House debuts its Easter Sunday Big Brunch, transforming the hotel into a spring-inspired destination with nearly 300 dishes across 12 live stations to feast on.

Expect a generous Seafood on Ice spread, canapés like Kaya and Foie Gras Sando, and over 20 Les Frères Marchand cheeses alongside fresh Puglia selections. Highlights include Risotto Salsiccia tossed in a Parmesan wheel, alongside hearty carvings such as Prime Rib, Rosemary Lamb, Crispy Pork Belly, and Peking Irish Duck.

The menu also highlights global comforts and local favourites – from Angus Beef in Amarone and classic meatballs to Signature Laksa, Chilli Prawn, Iberico Pork Belly, and Sambal Stingray.

Easter Sunday Brunch at L’Amo Bistrò del Mare

Celebrate Easter Italian-style at L’Amo with a sharing-style brunch set against the greenery of Fort Canning Park, accompanied by live piano music.

Begin with classics like Vitello Tonnato and Crudo Pasquale, before moving to indulgent primi, such as 32 egg yolk Tagliatelle with beef ragout and seafood-filled Ravioli di Mare. Mains include grilled Branzino and a 30-day dry-aged Fiorentina steak with classic sides.

Easter Feast at Forage, Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

Forage presents its first Easter Feast, staying true to its harvest-to-table ethos with a focus on roasts and grills.

Artemis’ First Easter Sunday Brunch

Artemis Grill & Sky Bar marks its first Easter brunch with a three-course menu of Southern European-inspired dishes.

Starters include Beef Tartare and White Asparagus, followed by mains such as Beef Tenderloin, Mediterranean Sea Bass, and Slow-Cooked Lamb Rack.
