With nearly three decades of history and a membership of visionary founders and owners, EO Singapore is shaping the future of entrepreneurship in Southeast Asia.

Since its founding in 1987, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) has grown into a global powerhouse, uniting over 19,500 influential business owners across 220 chapters in 62 countries. At its heart, EO exists to unlock the full potential of entrepreneurs, helping them learn, grow, and succeed not only in business, but in various aspects of life.

EO Singapore, established in 1996, stands as the vibrant local embodiment of this mission. Over the decades, it has become the foremost community for Singapore’s leading entrepreneurs — dynamic individuals shaping industries from technology and finance to wellness, retail, and design. Today, EO Singapore comprises around 184 members, each a founder, owner, or majority stakeholder in companies generating at least US$2 million in annual revenue. Collectively, these entrepreneurs employ over 40,000 people, underscoring their significant contribution to the local economy.

What sets EO Singapore apart is the power of its peer-topeer network. Members gain exclusive access to an ecosystem designed for meaningful connection and continuous learning. Through executive-education workshops, candid peer forums, speaker series, and mentorship programmes, members exchange insights and strategies that fuel both business growth and personal development.
