In deep midnight blue with a black-ion-plated gold nib, Pilot’s newest Capless model celebrates innovation, artistry, and the beauty of writing without compromise.

There are objects that feel alive when held. The new Capless Link Midnight 2025 Limited Edition from Pilot is one of them. Inspired by the quiet, deep hours of a night sky, its satin-finished barrel in midnight blue reflects a world that is still and shimmering. The guilloché texture beneath your fingers catches the light just so, while matte black accents and a black-ion-plated 18k gold nib remind you that elegance and functionality can beautifully coexist.

This fountain pen isn’t a mere tool. It's almost like a small ritual. With a single click, the nib emerges from its hidden chamber, ready to create marks that carry more than words. The retractable mechanism, originally part of the iconic Capless collection (also known as Vanishing Point), is an invitation to write without interruption.

Crafted in Japan, this edition is limited to just 2,025 numbered pieces, each engraved on the center band, making it not just a pen, but a declaration of individuality. The body is brass, the filling system a cartridge/converter, and the length and weight are balanced so the pen feels familiar in your hand yet subtly elevated: 140mm in length, a diameter of 13mm, and weighing at about 30g.

The pen's midnight blue hue evokes the hush of a city after dusk, while the black accents and gold nib reflect the confidence of someone who writes their own story. More than an instrument, it is a bridge between the everyday and the extraordinary.

If you’re seeking a writing instrument that carries heritage and whisper-luxury in one, the Capless Link Midnight 2025 Limited Edition answers. It reminds us that even in the digital age, the simple act of putting pen to paper remains deeply human and personal.
