AP Café welcomes Birds of Paradise for a month-long collaboration featuring four botanical gelato flavours served from an exclusive outdoor gelato cart.

Located within AP House Singapore at Raffles Hotel, AP Café has partnered with homegrown botanical gelato specialist Birds of Paradise to introduce a limited-time summer experience centred around four signature gelato flavours. Available exclusively from a custom AP Café gelato cart on the café's outdoor terrace, the collaboration runs from now until 31 July.

While one is renowned for fine Swiss watchmaking and the other for artisanal gelato, this partnership is built on a shared philosophy: Unwavering commitment to quality, authenticity, and meticulous craftsmanship. Just as Audemars Piguet is celebrated for its precision and attention to detail, Birds of Paradise has earned a loyal following for its approach, creating gelato infused with the natural flavours of fruits, herbs, and spices.

Guests can choose from four flavours: White Chrysanthemum combines delicate floral notes with crunchy cacao nibs, while Pandan Coconut Caramel pairs fragrant pandan with rich coconut caramel for a nostalgic local twist. Lychee Raspberry delivers a bright, fruit-forward profile balanced by subtle berry notes, and the Dark Chocolate Sorbet offers a smooth, intensely chocolatey finish.

The experience is made all the more enjoyable by its setting. Served from the bespoke gelato cart on AP Café's scenic patio terrace, it invites visitors to savour the flavours of summer in one of Singapore's most elegant destinations.

Since opening as the world's first AP Café in 2025, the space has offered visitors an accessible introduction to the world of Audemars Piguet through a culinary concept that blends Swiss heritage with Singapore's vibrant food culture.
