These days, your neighborhood is essentially where you park your laptop and work in some of the coolest co-working spaces around town.

  • 1. THE WORKING CAPITOL
  • 2. THE CO
  • 3. TREHAUS CO-WORK
  • 4. COLLISION 8
  • 5. THE HIVE
  • 6. THEBRIDGE

1. The Working Capitol

Its first location on Keong Saik Road is housed in a historic Art-Deco building and is beautiful — lots of natural light and calming décor. Amenities include an in-house café, screening rooms, private phone booth and, get this, a beer garden! Its new location on Robinsons Road has lots of space — eleven floors of custom-designed areas to fit everyone’s working needs. As if that weren’t enough, there’s a café, restaurant and bar, a gym, 20-metre lap pool and showers.

2. The Co

One of the first entrants into the co-working sphere in Singapore, The Co has two locations, both of which are stellar in design. Its High Street location has eight levels of workspaces — from pods to meeting rooms and event venues. Its location in Duxton is geared toward creatives and has a more relaxed and neighborly feel, though beautifully chic as well, with lots of natural light and greenery. Aside from its locations in Singapore, it’s also in 20 locations across Asia-Pacific: Kuala Lumpur, Yangon, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.

3. Trehaus Co-Work

Founded by four working mothers, Trehaus Co-Work is unique in Singapore’s co-working spaces in that it’s designed for parents. The space has both childcare and working facilities, so parents can do their work, and still get to have time with their children. It has a Trehaus Kids Atelier program designed to enrich children’s minds.
