Sky High Brunch at SKAI

The night race is a glowing landscape of bright lights across the city skyline, with the roaring sounds of speeding race cars tearing through the dark atmosphere. In the day, the setup is naturally illuminated and it’s an excitable vision especially when viewed from 70 stories above. Skai’s ‘Ultimate Brunch’ is a lucrative menu curated by Executive Chef Paul Hallett which includes hot and cold plated dishes, coveted food selections such as the Cinco Jotas Pata Negra Ibérico Ham, as well as original dessert creations from the renowned pastry team. Diners will also be offered a pairing of free-flow wines and a vintage champagne, namely the Taittinger Millesime 2013.

SKAI’s Ultimate Brunch runs from 21-22 September at $258++ per adult. Reservations can be made at +65 68373322 or skai@swissotel.com.

DZ Engineering SRL, the official provider of the race track lighting and communication systems, is hosting a photo gallery at The Arts House that showcases photography work centred on historical and modern sites in Italy and Singapore. From an archeological museum housed in a 16th-century bastion in Bari to the modern façade of Singapore’s ION Orchard, the necessity of lighting is turned into focus.
