From Fairmont to Sofitel, various properties under the AccorHotels umbrella in Singapore are gearing up to deliver unforgettable dining options that ensure merriment and satisfaction this holiday season.

Indulge in a lavish British-inspired 8-course Christmas Eve dinner by Michelin Star Chef Kirk Westaway at JAAN, Swissotel The Stamford. Expect exquisitely executed dishes comprised of the finest seasonal produce sourced from around the world. Dinner is priced at $358++ per person, inclusive of a glass of Krug champagne. Premium wine pairing is also available for an additional $250++ per person.

Meanwhile, neighboring restaurant SKAI will be serving up a 5-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner menu comprised of meats and seafood at $158++ per person, inclusive of free-flow Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne. Additionally, a New Year's Eve 7-course set dinner menu is also available, priced at $348++ per person.

Over at Fairmont Singapore, timeless favorites at abound at Prego, which include an array of gourmet takeaways and inspired Italian fare like Roasted Pigeon Breast and Black Truffle on Acquerello Risotto and Larded Veal Loin with Roasted Artichokes. There is also the Sunday Champagne and Christmas brunch to look forward to, priced at $158++ per person.

For those looking to add a bit of a tropical twist to their Christmas, head over to Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. The property's signature restaurant, Kwee Zeen, will be showcasing roasted turkey, baked honey glazed ham, Sturgeon caviar, an assortment of seafood, and a selection of cheeses at the Magnifique Buffet Festive Brunch ($88++ per person) and the Festive Sunday Champagne Brunch ($175++ per person, with free-flow Taittinger champagne, wines, soft drinks, and juices).  

Finally, gather the family and head to Racines at Sofitel Singapore City Centre. Here, the Christmas Eve dinner is priced at $158++ per person, while the Christmas Day family brunch goes for $168++ per person. If you would rather celebrate at home, opt for Executive Chef Jean Charles Dubois's signature honey-slow roasted turkey, which is available for pre order at $138++.
