Nature’s bounty knows no bounds during Italian summers, which is why Zafferano’s Head Chef Marco Guccio takes advantage of the season and creates an unforgettable summer menu. Simplicity is key here, as seen in dishes like Italian sardines in “beccafico” style and Mazara red prawn ceviche. Meanwhile, offerings like Calamarata pasta with Sicilian pesto and jumbo prawns and squid ink risotto transports us to the Italian coast.

Convivial dining is alive and well at Club Street Social with the introduction of a new sharing menu that’ll bring foodie friends together. The classic British favorite, Scotch Eggs, are a must try, with the brilliant addition of red onion chutney. Another must-have dish is the Beef Short Rib Fritters, which is incredibly addictive especially when slathered with the homemade horseradish sauce. If you have a sweet tooth, the Churros with balsamic berry dip and vanilla mascarpone can’t be missed.
